How it works
In advance
- We will place a provisional booking for your preferred date. If you wish, you can first schedule a viewing of the venue.
- Once you have received our quotation, you are required to confirm it within 7 days.
- You will have exclusive use of all spaces and all facilities are included in the price (smart TV, flip
chart, Wi-Fi, speaker, postits, pens and LEGO etc.). - The number of attendees and your catering preferences can be submitted or amended up to 48 hours in advance of your event date
On the day itself
- A hostess will always be present to welcome you and assist with any questions you may have (and can remain on-site longer if required).
- Drinks and light refreshments will be ready for you, and any catering will be set out at the agreed time.
- If any issues arise or something needs to be arranged, you can contact the hostess. She will be at the venue within a few minutes to assist you further.
- At the end of the day, the hostess will return to close the day with you.
